Why I do this
Buying a home is the biggest financial decision most people ever make — and the industry has a bad habit of making it feel intimidating on purpose. I went the other direction. My whole approach is to slow down, explain things in normal language, and make sure you understand every number before you ever sign one.
I work out of Fairway's Eden Prairie branch and spend most of my time with first-time buyers: people who don't have this stuff memorized, who have real-life finances, and who just want someone honest in their corner. There are no dumb questions with me — only the ones you were afraid to ask, which are usually the important ones.
